The Age Group single competitions of the ITU World Triathlon Hamburg 2016 are fully booked within three days of signup start. Thus the world's largest triathlon is fully booked so quickly in the main competitions as never before. "After the huge rush at the beginning and the high registration rate this does not really surprise us. But, it shows once again that participation in the triathlon in Hamburg  also in its 15th year for many amateur endurance athletes is a Must Do-agenda. This is a further push for us to make the anniversary event for our participants to a special highlight", explains Christian Toetzke, managing director of the organizer Lagardère Unlimited Events.

Also for the relay competition over the sprint distance there are no more starting slots are available. Only for the team competition on the Olympic distance some residual places are still available.
